Take a journey toward spiritual, mental, and physical rejuvenation. The 12-Day Gospel Wellness Challenge combines the essence of the Gospels with fitness and nutritional goals to bring You a holistic approach to well-being.

Overview

Gospel Reading

Dedicate time each day to read through the Gospels. The purpose is to complete all four Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) in 12 days.

Suggested daily reading allocations will be provided to keep you on track.

Physical Exercise

Engage in 45 minutes of physical activity each day. This can be a combination of cardio, strength training, or flexibility exercises. A list of recommended workouts for different levels will be provided, but You can choose your preferred exercise method.

Aim for a minimum of 10,000 steps every day. Using a watch or smartphone, track your steps to ensure you’re staying active throughout the day.

Dietary Guidelines

Abide by a strict diet that focuses on whole foods such as lean proteins, vegetables, and fruits. Your goal is to focus on Protein Intake and limiting overall Calories. You’ll also be challenged to refrain from eating sugar or drinking alcohol.

A sample meal plan will be available to guide you.

Stay hydrated

Commit to drinking a gallon (approximately 3.8 liters) of water daily. This not only aids in digestion and keeping you hydrated but also helps in detoxifying your system.
